Also reminded me of Shally playing the starting rhythm of sweet child in the guitar.. She Is awesome..

This post was written before i got the good news from my Dr. Didn't get time to post it. My doctor had asked me to get my x ray done every two months and email him soft copy, finally after four months I got chance to get my X ray done. Don’t ask me the report since I myself don’t know. I don’t know how to read X ray. Will email in to DR and he’ll let me know how is the progress. I hope He says “Nidhi your bones are connected well, now come back to B'lore, we will remove your Cast and work on your knee fracture.” imagine it actually came true and even the similar words... i was shocked. I have read the reply from Dr. like 100 times. :)
Any ways Siliguri is just two hours from my place. As I am in Nepal the Nepal and india border is just an hour away from my place and Siliguri (a place in west Bengal, on the way to Darjeeling but not a hill station) is two hours away from my place. I had been there for X-ray and had awesome fun. I met some relatives and a friend of mine, Pankaj. Finally my taste bud was teased with tropical iceberg of CCD and Chocolate fantasy with hot chocolate sauce and Sizzling brownie with Vanilla Ice-cream. I love the sound of Sizzlers and who won’t like it?? Guess what RD’s mom makes Sizzlers too :) yummy yummy...
After 4 months I got my haircut and threading done. I felt so nice. See the pics.. I walked so much around the mall that at the end I was tired and next day had a leg pain.. but koi nahi. I had fun. I have plans to go to Siliguri again on 22nd November, which is possible if my dad allows me.
My relatives, Bhaiya and Bhabi pampered me so much. I had been to their house for the first time. The house was all white.. I thought white house would be dull but this was nice. I felt the reflection of positive energy :)
Attaching pic of Panku and me, Clicked in Cosmos Mall siliguri
COULD NOT WAIT TO SHARE THE GOOD NEWS WITH U GUYS....
HERE IS A REPLY FROM MY DOCTOR AFTER I EMAILED HIM MY X RAY
Dear Nidhi Thanks for your mail I have had look at the X-rays, they look very promising , the fractures of the femur & the tibia & fibula appears to have healed & I think now we can remove the plaster & you could try walking with the brace & gradually without the brace.
It might sound insane and stupid, call it being immature but that's the way I am. I always say, in my life entry could be easy but exit is very difficult.
Long time my sister advised me not to get close to anyone cause when you get close you also give them right to hurt you, so maintain some distance so tat indifference doesn't matter much. True.. Very true.. I follow this, I was happy but as human we all seek for someone close, someone who cares for you when you away from home, someone who dines with you and wish you good night. Rd has very limited friends he can count them on his fingers. Though he's frank he doesn't get close to people easily.. Well I love to be with loads of friends. I have very good friends and some just friends. Distance and time doesn't matter to me much. But I’ve seen friendship changing with time and distance and it is a fact we all know as we all have gone through this stage. We've to accept it. Some People are meant to come in life to make some changes in us and they leave us with change in us and we are never the same.A close friend of mine went out of contact cause of distance. I tried best from my side but when the other side is busy I can't play any role and I think I shouldn't interfere too.. Once again I fwd a mess to her which said “you can always lean on me.” She replied saying “I really need you to lean on, as life is not going good, I miss you.” I was happy I at least lent me shoulder on time... Happy moments.. Leaves you with memories.. Again I think of our past days.. My eyes fills and I tell to myself.. Move on
Another close friend ditched me for no reason. It’s weird how you can't read out what’s in mind and how beautifully at times we judge a person in one meeting. To a great deal we are right but persistently first impression isn't the last impression. I'm still not over with the break up with this friend cause everything reminds me of him.. I couldn't even sleep properly and I never wanted to talk about it to anyone.. Especially to People I know. One thing good about blogs are you share secret and secret is kept, it doesn't affect the reader much as it is impersonal but in some way it is nice. There are some things I want to share in this blog but then I regret I gave this link to some of my friends..
Its weird my feeling are read my People I don't know in real, never met. Happy that they look fwd to my post, ask me about my progress and miss me when I don't post for some time. The weird part is my friends know the link too, but it doesn't matter to them, it matters more to unknown blogger. May be for the reason that everyone does not appreciate expression, many do not have time to read and not even habituated to check out blogs as we all do. Not much of online reader, some People read only when we write about them, especially happen in group mail thing like yahoo group and Gmail group e mail.
When I hate someone I can’t even stand his/her name been taken. Now this friend with whom I broke up is out of my list. Yes I’m glad it happened as that guy would have hurt me more lately. In any relation one side communication leads nowhere. I don’t know why people make friends when they can’t handle friendship.
There was a time (before I Met RD) when I was very reluctant to make guy friends. Might be a co-incident that all my good guy friends proposed me at the end and I disconnect from them as a whole. I was never in favour of relationship considering my family’s mindset. I don’t know what’s with guys that if you get close to them they start looking ahead for even more. I have few guys friends thank god it’s pretty clear to them what I am up to as they all know I’m very much committed. If I was single I might be having a difficult time. Guys these days don’t even bother if the other friend is committed or not. Some stays clear out of boundary and some try to cross and loose me forever. I wish HUM aur TUM ke beech main Dosti Rahati..(reminds me of a scene from Hum Tum)
That looser, bloody.. I hate him... I hate him .. I hate him..
Once I thought he might be drunk to talk to me when he said he could lose me to watch a movie, ok ok .. let me tell you what exactly happen. Lets name the guy X. We both are (awww I forgot we both were) pretty close friend. We manage to talk once or twice in 15 days. We used to work for same process. It was about one and half year since we were friends. I was online and so was he. Chat went something like this..
I - can we have a small chat.. ??
X- I’ll talk to you later.
I – why what happen?
X- I m not in my best mood.
(I thought something wrong might have happened.)
I - what is it about??
X - nothing much I’ve to catch up with a movie.
I – it’s been long since we spoke so talk to me now or never.
X- fine
I – is it fine with you??
X – Yes.
I- I think you didn’t read the line correctly
X- I read it, now that I have lost you, can I carry on with my movie ...???
I – you losing me for a movie ??
X – yes, can I watch my movie now, I don’t get to watch it every day ..
Imagine. ????? I was so speechless. I didn’t have any words, I was shocked. I didn’t say anything. I immediately logged out. React to this guy, Guys !!!! Help me..
I always thought once you are into any relation its both sided so decision should be also taken after talking about the matter. I think if I want to break up with someone I’ll give a reason, I’ll wait for him to understand the reason so that we both can come in some terms. When relations are made together even decision should be made together. One has no right to take decision for other... though I can tell myself things happen for good but as I told you in beginning.. in my life entry is easy but exit is difficult.
P.S. Sorry Harshita I can’t abuse this guy.. Words don’t come easy...
Sorry guys I know I haven’t been posting much.. My life is in slow motion with so many twist and turns.. will share soon.. I have to crib a lot.. Bear with me in my upcoming post. Miss the blog world. Will catch up soon.
There are so many moments in life which we want to capture and still we don't do it and later regret. I was looking at my old pictures. My birthday party with couple of my close friends namely Gitu and Shweta. It’s so much fun to have child hood friends as later we get to talk about how we were we kids. Gitu keeps updating me with past memories, suddenly she remembers something and she tells me ... ‘Hey nidz you remember we did this and we did that when we were kids.’ I agree there are moments which when we don't remind ourselves we forget and some useless incident (not so important types) still capture our mind. Once Manali, a friend of mind told me .. ‘Remember this moment, we are sitting here on your bed, now see You'll remember this situation, someday You'll recollect. Thought it’s useless but you’ll remember.’ I’M shocked cause I still remember what was she wearing and how were be sited.
One more mystery of life added in list. With each passing days life seems to have more mysteries or let’s say that we come across one more mysteries of life. Coming back to Gitu, she is very emotionally attached to me. Once I got angry on her for some stupid reason, later when her maid called and asked me if I fought with her cause she has been crying. As she was my immediate neighbour I immediately dropped to her place and asked her the reason for her rosy nose and tears dripped eyes. She said she thought I'll never speak to her and that she lost me forever. Aww I've never met someone so sensitive and so attached, I’m lucky to have her in my life. She fasted for my recovery also. I'm glad season of fasting is over with Dashera. Nahh I don't fast except on Krishna Janmasti.
Beer(3-24% Alcohol By Volume-ABV) is an alcoholic beverage produced by brewing and the fermentation of starches derived from cereals. The most common cereal for beer brewing is malted barley although wheat, corn, and rice are also widely used usually in conjunction with barley. Most beer is flavoured with hops, which add bitterness and act as a natural preservative. Occasionally, other ingredients such as herbs or fruit may also be included in the brewing process. Alcoholic beverages fermented from non-starch sources such as grape juice (wine) or honey (mead) are not classified as beer.
Cider(4-8% ABV) is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermented juice of apples mainly, though pears are also used; in the UK, pear cider is known as perry. In the United States and parts of Canada, where the term cider almost exclusively refers to non-alcoholic apple juice (apple cider), the phrase hard cider is used to denote the fermented version. While any variety of apple, and even other pome fruits such as pear or quince, may be used, certain cultivars are preferred in some regions, and may be known as cider apples. The drink varies in alcohol content from less than 3% ABV in French cidre doux to 8.5% ABV or above in traditional English ciders.
Alcopop(4-17.5% ABV) is a term often used to describe flavored alcoholic beverages including: 1. malt beverages to which various fruit juices or other flavorings have been added, 2. beverages containing wine to which ingredients such as fruit juice or other flavorings have been added, or 3. beverages containing distilled alcohol and added ingredients such as fruit juices or other flavorings. Other terms include FAB (flavored alcoholic beverage), FMB (flavored malt beverage), PPS (pre-packaged spirit or premium packaged spirits), and RTD (Ready To Drink - Aus & NZ).{Eg- BACARDI BREEZER}
Wine(8-18% ABV) is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermentation of grape juice. The natural chemical balance of grapes is such that they can ferment without the addition of sugars, acids, enzymes or other nutrients. Wine is produced by fermenting crushed grapes using various types of yeast which consume the sugars found in the grapes and convert them into alcohol. Various varieties of grapes and strains of yeasts are used depending on the types of wine produced.Although other fruits such as apples and berries can also be fermented, the resultant "wines" are normally named after the fruit from which they are produced (for example, apple wine or elderberry wine) and are generically known as fruit wine or country wine (not to be confused with the French term vin du pays). Others, such as barley wine and rice wine (e.g. sake), are made from starch-based materials and resemble beer and spirit more than wine, while ginger wine is fortified with brandy. In these cases, the use of the term "wine" is a reference to the higher alcohol content, rather than production process. The commercial use of the English word "wine" (and its equivalent in other languages) is protected by law in many jurisdictions.
Champagne is a sparkling wine produced by inducing the in-bottle secondary fermentation of wine to effect carbonation. It is produced exclusively within the Champagne region of France, from which it takes its name. While the term "champagne" is used by some makers of sparkling wine in other parts of the world, numerous countries limit the use of the term to only those wines that come from the Champagne appellation. In Europe, this principle is enshrined in the European Union by Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. Other countries, such as the United States, have recognized the exclusive nature of this name, yet maintain a legal structure that allows longtime domestic producers of sparkling wine to continue to use the term "Champagne" under specific circumstances.
Tequila(38-40% ABV) is a spirit made primarily in the area surrounding Tequila, a town 65 kilometres northwest of Guadalajara in the highlands of the western Mexican state of Jalisco, an area also known as Los Altos de Jalisco. It is made from the blue agave (Agave tequilana azul), which is native to Mexico. Tequila is most often made at a 38–40% alcohol content (76–80 proof), but there are also several varieties of tequila produced with 43–46% alcohol content (86–92 proof). Laws in both Mexico and the United States require the manufacturing of tequila be done in Mexico.
Vodka(35-50% ABV) is a distilled alcoholic beverage. It is a clear liquid which consists of mostly water and ethanol purified by distillation — often multiple distillation — from a fermented substance such as potatoes, grain (usually rye or wheat) or sugar beet molasses, and an insignificant amount of other substances such as flavorings or unintended impurities.Vodka usually has an alcohol content of 35% to 50% by volume. The classic Polish, Lithuanian and Russian vodka is 40% (80 proof). This can be attributed to the Russian standards for vodka production introduced in 1894 by Alexander III.[1] According to the Vodka Museum in Moscow, Dmitri Mendeleev, a Russian chemist, found the perfect percentage to be 38. However, since spirits in his time were taxed on their strength, the percentage was rounded up to 40 to simplify the tax computation. At strengths less than this, Vodka drunk neat (without ice and not mixed with other liquids) can taste "watery": above this strength, the taste of Vodka can have more "burn". Some governments set a minimum alcohol content for a spirit to be called "Vodka". For example, the European Union sets a minimum of 37.5% alcohol by volume
Brandy(40-60% ABV) (from brandywine, derived from Dutch brandewijn — “burnt wine”) is a spirit produced by distilling wine, the wine having first been produced by fermenting grapes. Brandy is normally consumed as an after-dinner drink. While some brandies are aged in wooden casks, most are coloured with caramel colouring to imitate the effect of such aging.Brandy can also be made from fermented fruit (i.e., other than grapes) and from pomace.
Whisky or whiskey(40-60% ABV) refers to a broad category of alcoholic beverages that are distilled from fermented grain mash and aged in wooden casks (generally oak).Different grains are used for different varieties, including: barley, malted barley, rye, malted rye, wheat, and maize (corn). Whisky derives from the Gaelic word for "water" (uisce or uisge), and is called in full uisge-beatha (in Scotland) or uisce beatha (Ireland), meaning "Water of Life". It is related to the Latin aqua vitae, also meaning "water of life".It is always Scotch whisky (plural: whiskies), and Irish whiskey (whiskeys).
Scotch whiskies(40-60% ABV) are generally distilled twice, though some are distilled a third time.International laws require anything bearing the label "Scotch" to be distilled in Scotland and matured for a minimum of three years and one day in oak casks, among other, more specific criteria.
Bourbon(40-60% ABV) is an American whiskey, a type of distilled spirit, made primarily from corn and named for Bourbon County, Kentucky. It has been produced since the 18th century. Bourbon must be made of a grain mixture that is at least 51% corn.
Rum(45-60% ABV) is a distilled beverage made from sugarcane by-products such as molasses and sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation. The distillate, a clear liquid, is then usually aged in oak and other barrels. The majority of the world's rum production occurs in and around the Caribbean islands and in several South American countries, such as Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana and Brazil, though there are rum producers in places such as Australia, Fiji, India, Reunion Island, Mauritius, and elsewhere around the world
Absinthe(45-90% ABV) is traditionally a distilled, highly alcoholic beverage. It is an anise-flavored spirit derived from herbs, including the flowers and leaves of the herb Artemisia absinthium, also called wormwood. Absinthe has a characteristic natural green colour but is also produced in a clear style. It is often called "the Green Fairy". Although it is sometimes mistakenly called a liqueur, absinthe is not bottled with added sugar and is therefore classified as a liquor.Absinthe is unusual among spirits in that it is bottled at a high proof but is normally diluted with water when it is drunk
PoitÃn or Poteen (90-95% ABV) is a traditional Irish distilled, highly alcoholic beveragePoitÃn is distilled in a small pot and the term is a diminutive of the word pota, meaning "pot". Traditionally distilled from malted barley or potatoes, and in modern times sugar. It is among the strongest alcoholic beverages in the world, and for centuries was classified as illegal or moonshine in Ireland.
P.S - lets see what you guys have to say!! lets share some info. BTW i love beer and wine :)
